*Memberships opened after April 30, 2013 will qualify for a pro-rated membership dues rate for the remainder of 2013. Associate Memberships are pro-rated July 1 to December 31, 2013 only. The 2014 annual billing will then be at the full membership level dues amount for 2014 membership. Membership dues are subject to a 1% late fee after 30 days and up to 120 days.
